Jon Lowe - UK Managing Director
Jon Lowe is responsible for Tunstall's business in the UK and Ireland and has played a vital role in the advancement of Telehealthcare in the UK.
Jon's key achievements include the formation of the Telecare Support Group (TSG) in 2006, which created the capability and confidence that is required to support the mainstreaming of telecare in the UK, and the furtherer development of this group by combining the established Telehealth implementation expertise, which now forms the combined Telehealthcare Support Group.
One of Jon's major focus areas is the need to support joint working across Housing, Health and Social Care, assisting customers and partners to increase capacity whilst delivering a high level of service quality, and outcomes for service users. Technology is a vital part of this process, from the deployment of Telehealthcare solutions to the increasingly important aspect of "information" delivery to front line staff that need access to relevant information at the point of service delivery, and to service commissioners that require access to information which enables service delivery and outcomes to be monitored and measured.
Originating from Shropshire and now residing in East Yorkshire, Jon embarked on a career which moved businesses from being product centric and low sophistication to being solutions orientated and, customer focused. He is highly experienced at stimulating long term partnerships with customers, and regularly consults with customers to assist in understanding the practical challenges they face, to better inform the shaping of our solutions and support.
Jon enjoys rugby (as a spectator) and spending time with his two young daughters.
