Lyn joined Tunstall in 2004 with 20 years experience in customer service and 14 years in contact centre environments. Lyn has worked with well known organisations such as Logan City Council, Mater Hospitals, CITEC and Queensland State Government. Lyn has been an active committee member of the Australian Teleservices Association since 2001, holding the positions of Secretary 2002 - 2006 and Chairperson for the Queensland Chapter 2006 - 2007.
