PNC6 is the first ‘digital ready' call monitoring and management system from Tunstall.

Mapping

A unique module for PNC5, it allows the location of service users and their contacts to be displayed on street level mapping, enabling operators to select the nearest responder and guide them to the correct address to ensure a rapid response and improve service levels. 

Telecare Office Manager (TOM)

TOM is an exciting new software package that will revolutionise the management of telecare by ensuring providers have all the information they need on clients, the equipment they need and the stock available for use. In particular it supports the management of telecare assets with information held in one database.
