How to report a fault

Your first point of contact is the Customer Satisfaction Centre (CSC)

Our Customer Satisfaction Centre provides a 24 hours a day service for faults & repairs.

Help us help you

It will save you time and allow us to handle your enquiries efficiently if you can ensure the following when contacting us;

Please have the following information when reporting calls;

- Your 6 digit agreement number
- The 4 digit Scheme number (where appropriate)
- Access details and supplementary phone numbers to aid access
- Full site address including postcode
- Order number (where appropriate)
- Any supplementary information which will assist our Engineers

When calling regarding call progress, please have the following to hand;

- Your 6 digit Call/Job number
- Your 6 digit agreement number
- The 4 digit Scheme number (where appropriate)

Faults can also be reported by fax and email.

NB: We recommend that you only use the fax and email service between the hours of 09:00 to 17:00 Monday - Friday. All other times telephone your requests.

Calls may be monitored for training purposes.
