Triagemanager will raise an alert on screen at a monitoring centre if a patient's readings are outside of parameters predefined in their care plan. The initial step is technical triage, where an operator will contact the patient to establish the validity of the reading. Genuine alerts can then be referred for clinical triage, where a clinician can review the information and take appropriate action.
