The training team has over 35 years of experience with Tunstall Telehealthcare Group and social alarm technology, more specifically over 10 years extensive assistive technology experience - this make us a market leader in the available services offered.
All members of the team hold a wide range of skills and all hold at least Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) in training which allows access to reliable source of information and best practice methods ensuring that they assist you to meet the relevant professional standards. We can also contribute to the wider aims of your organisation, for example meeting the demands of best value.
To enable staff to receive training in their familiar working environment and with their own database / equipment, courses may be run at the customers own premises. This is particularly useful after installation when users may wish to fine tune their knowledge of the product, develop advanced skills or resolve difficulties. However, in a busy office environment, the problem of interruption can often arise, for this reason Tunstall has a purpose built training facilities at its group headquarters in Whitley lodge, Yorkshire. The training suite is comprehensively equipped with the latest audio visual aids and is fully air conditioned.
A full assessment and certification programme is also available for all training courses undertaken where the candidates demonstrate an acceptable level of competency and understanding of the subject.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that although we understand you may come across unforeseen circumstances that lead to the need to cancel your training request the Tunstall Group now have the following cancellation policy in place:
Should any organisation now need to cancel a training course for any reason you may now be subject to a cancellation fee which varies as indicated below depending on the period of notice given
15 - 28 days notice - subject to 25% cancellation fee of total cost.
8 - 14 days notice - subject to 50% cancellation fee of total cost.
0 - 7 days notice - subject to 100% cancellation fee of total cost.
